Why does it make us so angry to contemplate being the first one to apologize when we'd be happier all the sooner by doing so?

I think one of the hardest things for someone to admit is being wrong. Being right is so important to people, because wrong has so many negative connotations: it feels like you are admitting you're ill informed, uneducated or downright stupid.
Brad, thanks for dropping by and leaving your thoughts. I couldn't agree more. We are all imperfect when it comes down to it, but how wonderful when we succeed and triumph in spite of such imperfections.
